We are located near Porters Lake just off the 107. Our storage facility is heated, dry, has concrete floors, and motion sensors to keep your baby safe for the winter. The building has sprinklers throughout which alarm the local fire station automatically should the unthinkable happen. I do a daily security round of the building, but other then that, no one is permitted access to the facility other then to pick up or drop off vehicles. The garage is 36 x 50 or 57. It is completely finished! Concrete floor, R40 insulation, completely wired, drywalled and painted, flourent lighting, and electric heaters (though I don't turn the heaters on because my garage has never dropped to freezing). I have great neighbors on both sides of my house, both retired proffessionals. So there is someone around 24/7. I purchased the house about 8 years ago, when I was looking for alternative storage for my 69 camaro with hideaway lights. Cost is $75.00 a month.
