The garage is 36 x 50 or 57. It is completely finished! Concrete floor, R40 insulation, completely wired, drywalled and painted, flourent lighting, and electric heaters (though I don't turn the heaters on because my garage has never dropped to freezing). I have great neighbors on both sides of my house, both retired proffessionals. So there is someone around 24/7. I purchased the house about 8 years ago, when I was looking for alternative storage for my 69 camaro with hideaway lights. Cost is $75.00 a month. I recently had one cancellation for a 20' boat. I am seeking a classic car that is approximately 20' maximum. The barn is: clean, dry, secure and non-heated. The storage date will be Oct. 25th.
