Twisted Sis Cuda - in memory of Chris Bishop
We are taking the time to raise awareness for Mental Health and Suicide awareness in memory of Chris and anyone else we can touch. This is his CUDA our Tribute. We have all heard stories about celebrities who have struggled and who have lost the battle with their mental illnesses. We are just a regular family, but we have also felt the impact of losing a loved one to mental illness in August 2020. Chris was a young man of 19 years old when he passed away. To the outside world, Christopher had many things going for him. He graduated highschool in June 2019. He was an avid athlete playing a variety of sports as well as being a die-hard gym rat. He had a passion for motorcycles and cars. , like his father. He joined his fathers business, Wayne's Hot Rods and Customs, as their office worker. Before he passed Christopher planned on building a car to cruise around and have fun in. When Chris passed, Kaitlyn, his sister, went to her father and said "WE are finishing his car". Christopher had purchased a '55 Belair to restore, but Wayne has acquired a 1970 Cuda, one of Christopher's favorite muscle cars. The decision was easy, we were building the 1970 Cude as a tribute car in memory of Christopher and spread the word about Mental Health and Suicide Prevention. This project is a labour of love. We have many people donating their time and money to help with the restoration. So far the car has a hand-build custom frame from Chassiswork, 2020 6.4 L Scat Pack, 8 speed automatic transmission, Custom hand-made floors, firewall, tubs, exhaust, headers, gas tank and our own house-made color for the outside. Kindigit door handles, Ringbrothers hood hinges, 6 piston Wilwood brakes, 18x8 and 20x10 ridler rims and Dakota Digital gauges. click here to go to our Facebook page. FOR INFORMATION: Wayne Bishop
