| This vibrant community event attracts car enthusiasts and families alike, showcasing classic and vintage cars in a nostalgic celebration of automotive history. Held downtown, it draws over 1,000 attendees every Friday, creating a lively atmosphere with music, restaurants, shops, and entertainment for all ages. Car owners can display their prized vehicles while engaging with fellow enthusiasts and the community, contributing to Summerside's tourism and cultural vibrancy.
July 3rd-Sept 4th (weather permitting)
Event Hours: • 6:30pm-9:30pm
• Streets close at 5:00pm for public access.
Participant Entrance:
• Only one entrance (blue line on the map).
• At 4:30pm, a volunteer on Spring Street off Heather Moyse Drive will provide your registration number (checkpoint #1). Proceed to the "waiting area" (red area on map). If there isn't a line up in the waiting area, please proceed to checkpoint #2.
• Once prompted, proceed up Spring Street (checkpoint #2) to receive a goodie bag. First 250 participants get a goodie bag and designated parking; others can find their own parking.
• No reserved parking; arrive early to avoid disappointment.
Public Parking:
• Ample parking available; refer to the map.
Safety Notes:
• Vehicles must stay for the event's duration.
• Park in public areas if you plan a limited stay.
• Turn off engines in the waiting area to reduce noise and emissions.
• Portable toilets are located behind the Summerside Police Department (refer to the map).
50/50 Draw:
• Tickets sold until 8:45pm; draw at 9:00pm.
• Unclaimed ticket numbers posted on our Facebook Group within 24 hours.
• Claim prizes by 9:00pm the following Thursday, or it rolls over to the next event.
Weather Permitting:
• Announcement at 2:00pm on event day for cancellations.

• We foster a positive and welcoming environment; rude or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
• Treat everyone with kindness and respect to ensure a pleasant experience for all.
